At one point in my life I considered a career in the cookie business. I’m actually quite good at devising new muffin and cookie recipes and whenever I get a bake on I have to make sure I have enough to go around.
Today I’ve been considering merging the art of the cookie with that of a Cornish pasty. This new breed is all cookie with a squishy chocolate middle. It took me a while to work out how to do it but now I’ve got it I reckon this could be part of my staple diet for 2015.
